FreeLife International Presents Results of Successful Clinical Studies at Annual Obesity Society Meeting

FreeLife International® recently presented the significant results of several human clinical studies on TAIslim™, its proprietary triple patent pending liquid weight loss supplement, at the 27th Annual Scientific Meeting of The Obesity Society. This important conference, held in Washington, DC, brought together the world's leading players in the field of obesity – from basic and clinical researchers and clinicians to educators, advocates, policy shapers, and practitioners.

At the conference, FreeLife's Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Haru Amagase presented research on the impact of TAIslim on weight management. He discussed TAIslim's unique mode of action and the significant reductions in body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist and hip circumferences observed in several controlled human clinical studies. TAIslim was also found to cause significant improvements over placebo in blood pressure, fasting glucose levels, and total body fat content. The formula was developed after weight loss benefits were noted in clinical studies on two other FreeLife supplements – GoChi® and Chi3 Energy™, both of which are based on the Asian goji berry (Lycium barbarum).

FreeLife's findings on TAIslim will be published in the respected journal Obesity. "These results are very interesting and promising," remarked Dr. Marie-Pierre St-Onge, noted obesity research expert and Assistant Professor at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital and New York Obesity Research Center at Columbia University. She added, "The rise in energy expenditure (i.e., fat burning) with these goji-based products is interesting and suggests a mechanism by which they can assist in weight management."

"Lycium barbarum is a very interesting herb," stated Dr. Norman R. Farnsworth, world-renowned Professor of Pharmacognosy (study of plant-based medicines) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. "Clinical studies have shown multiple health benefits for humans, especially for general well-being, for immune-modulation, and for its antioxidant effects. The medicinal properties of Lycium barbarum in traditional Asian medicine correlate well with recent scientific studies. It appears that the active compounds in Lycium barbarum are polysaccharides (LBP) on which the TAIslim product is standardized."

FreeLife® is the first company to perfect a difficult and demanding proprietary process and create the most highly standardized form of the goji berry available in the world today. According to FreeLife's Dr. Amagase, "TAIslim is the only product on the market that combines standardized goji LBP with a proprietary blend of synergistic natural ingredients, and we believe that our research demonstrates great promise for those seeking safe, effective and sustainable weight control. We are honored to have the opportunity to share our significant study results with the best and brightest experts and scientists in obesity research."

With three patents pending, the TAIslim formula is a result of FreeLife's continuing commitment to cutting-edge science and human clinical research. No other weight loss product can approach TAIslim's exclusive formula, scientific innovation, or clinically demonstrated efficacy.

Keep your Eye on the prize! by Keith Layton

Weight loss has never been easy, nor will it ever be easy. That doesn't mean it can be done though. People use to think going to the moon was impossible, but they don't say that anymore. Because we have done it, NASA kept the eye on the prize and did it! Edison failed hundreds of times trying to make the electric light bulb, people thought he was crazy, said it was impossible, but they don't say that any more. Edison kept his eye on the prize! They are thousands of stories like this through history where what seemed impossible, is now possible.

When you keep your eye on the prize you will get what your looking for! Think of it as a test the universe is giving you. Asking you how bad do you want what your looking for? Are you willing to endure the heartache and set backs that come with every dream? If you are then the prize is already yours! When that day comes, and you get what you were looking for, you can appreciate the value of that prize even more, because of the set-backs, and heartaches you have endured.

Weight loss is a goal, that many people work at day after day, and day after day you will see results, or see another setback, its heartbreaking I know. I have been struggling with it myself all my life. For most people they will lose weight, but later gain it back and then some, maybe its the universe punishing us for quitting, or taking our eyes off the prize. Everybody knows
The basic rule in weight loss,
Calories input - Calories output = Weight loss/or Weight gain.

Pretty simply right, but what works? What might work for one, might not work for another. but here are some ideas that could help you, some might be new ideas for you, but these ideas have been around for years so I cant take any credit for this, I can only share what I have learned.

Tip #1,
Drink lots of water, your body is made up 70% water, it just makes sense to keep your water intake up. Water does help fill you up when you sit down to eat anything, and helps your body stay in balance, as you will loss the water in your body everyday from sweating, fighting off any illness you might be going thorough, and maintain your core body temp(much like a radiator in a car).

Tip #2,
Write down what you eat, when you eat, and how much you eat. This not only helps you keep track of what you have already eaten earlier in the day, seeing your intake written down in black and white can help you mentally to see that your on-track, or not on track in reaching your goals.

Tip #3,
Write down your goals, when you write down your goals it has a way of telling the world, and the universe that this is important to you, and your willing to do what you have to do, to see it through. It helps you to keep your eye on the prize. Make goals that are realistic, and achievable for you.

Tip #4,
Find a support network, many people who have problems to overcome weather it be weight loss, drug, or alcohol additions. Having other people walk with you can be very helpful, and even fun. Little contest between you and your partners can be the motivation you need to get you across the finish line. (TOPS, Weight watchers, Jenny Craig, etc.)

Tip #5,
There are hundreds of products, and programs you can find to help you reach you goals. Choose one that has a proven track record, that you can follow without any major changes in your current lifestyle. If some program, or product causes you change what your doing by causing more chaos your not likely to stick to it for very long. Of course change is needed, to change the direction in which your going. Otherwise as Einstein was said "The definitions of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results".
So make some changes that you can live with, and more importantly changes you can stick too.
For me I am doing TAIslim, from the FreeLife cooperation. It taste like a tea, you drink it with water 10-15 min before your meals, and you lose weight. It's clinical tested, and proven to do just that. You can get your 3 patent pending TAIslim from http://www.keithlayton.taislim.com/. Its working for me, and it can and will work for you. It even has a 60 day money back guarantee.

Tip #6,
Find your why. Why do you want to lose weight, how will your life be different when you lose weight? What new things will you do when you lose your weight? What will feel like on the inside when you lose your weight? How will others look at you when you reach your goals?

Tip #7,
Make sure your losing weight for the right reason, are do you doing this to prove something to somebody else, or are doing this for YOU? Weight loss just to please somebody else is a waste of time. Love or friendship based only of your outside appearance, is distended to fail, and cause even more resentment among those people who try this. Do it for yourself, and only for yourself.

Lastly remember, it took a long time for you to get where you are now, it will take a while for you to get back to where you what to be. Measure your success, or failure on your past efforts, forget about what others have done, or nor have done. You are your own person, weight yourself today, take your measurements, and then ask your self how much can I lose this week? Everybody can lose something, even its just 1 lb a week. There are 52 weeks in a year so after a year you can be down at least 52 lbs if you need to lose that much.
